Refund Policy
Introduction
At Painted Wedding, we are dedicated to providing exceptional wedding planning services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Deposits
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services. This deposit covers initial consultation, planning, and administrative costs.
- Amount: The amount of the deposit will be specified in your contract.
2. Cancellations by the Client
- Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your event, you must provide written notice to Painted Wedding as soon as possible.
- Refund Eligibility:
- More than 90 Days Before Event: If cancellation occurs more than 90 days before the event date, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- 60 to 90 Days Before Event: If cancellation occurs between 60 and 90 days before the event date, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Less than 60 Days Before Event: If cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the event date, no refunds will be issued.
3. Cancellations by Painted Wedding
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the unlikely event that Painted Wedding needs to cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all payments made, including the non-refundable deposit.
- Force Majeure: Painted Wedding is not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the event at no additional cost.
4. Changes to Services
- Modifications: If you need to make changes to the services agreed upon in the contract, please notify us in writing. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but additional fees may apply.
- Service Reductions: If you choose to reduce the scope of services, refunds for the reduced services will be at the discretion of Painted Wedding and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. No-Show Policy
- Client No-Show: If the client fails to show up for the event without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.

- Resolution Process: If you are not satisfied with our services and seek a refund, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably and to your satisfaction.
